This is what I eat in a day as a vegan who is trying to live as healthy as possible and build some muscle. I’m currently bulking (caloric surplus) to get stronger and build muscle. Macro’s of the day: 150g Protein, 370g Carbs, 140g Fat; 3500 kcal.
I always start my day by drinking 0.5-1 liter water to rinse my body. Then during the day I keep drinking a lot of water, daily about 2-2.5 liters of water.
Then, for breakfast, I very often have a big bowl of; oatmeal, granola, hemp harts, peanut butter and oat milk.
Since I’m in college right now, I have break at 10 am, and then I like to have a piece of fruit and some nuts.
12h30 is lunchtime, to build muscle you need a decent amount of protein, so now I have a high-protein meal, this time consisting out of a red lentils stew with coconut milk, infused rice and avocado.
My pre-workout meal we’re some hummus sandwiches with cucumber. Then I went of to hit the gym.
