Such an important aspect of living healthy.

Yet not many really pay attention to this.

The idea of staples is making it easier for you.

So it’s only beneficial to make the healthy choice the easy choice, right?

I recommend not making any sweets or unhealthy snacks part of your staples.

Does that mean you can never eat them?

Of course not.

Just don’t keep them in your house.

Because you’ll end up eating a lot more often then you’d like.

Healthy snack and staples include (but not limited to):

  • Seeds
  • Nuts
  • Fruits
  • Dried fruits
