When will I get my order?

Tofu press

The tofu press is packed and shipped by us in our own warehouse in Belgium, so for most orders it will arrive the next day.

We always provide a track and trace number, so you can check your parcel.

Merch & POD

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

It’s difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them.

How much does shipment cost?

The prices vary on the product and country you are ordering from, but should be anywhere from 3 to 8 euros.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! All orders over 50 euro are eligible for free shipping, and some products like the tofu press don’t require a minimum order amount.

Where will my order ship from?

The tofu press is shipped from our own warehouse located in Belgium.

For merch, we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

This does not apply for the tofu press, as we currently only are selling inside the EU. So, no customs will be charged 😀.

Additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at and mention your order number.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


What’s your return policy?

Tofu press

For the tofu press, we have a 30 day refund policy because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We’ll do everything to make you happy and deliver the best quality, but sometimes it might go wrong. The package must be complete and functional, as well the tofu press should be functional.

All the orders we ship are controlled on the quality, so we make sure not to ship a dysfunctional product.

Merch & POD

For POD products, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. This because all the products are pinted on demand (when you order), so they are made just for you. That’s why we can’t accept returns, because we can’t sell them again.

Do you offer refunds?

Tofu press

Yes, if you don’t feel satisfied with the results, and you haven’t damaged the packing or product, you can request a refund here:

Merch & POD

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange a POD/merch item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, have a look at our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
