Raw and uncooked vegetables are a critical part of a healthy and balanced diet. One way to get your daily greens in, is by making yourself a delish salad!
I know many people are not big fans of salad, but preparing it this way really does have many benefits. You don’t only get your greens in, but also healthy fats from the added seeds and nuts and many other micronutrients that are very important.
Usually well grab a big bowl and create any combination of:
– Raw salad
– Bell pepper
– Cucumber
– Cabbage
– Carrots
– Beetroot
– Tomato
– … You name, just add raw veggies!
And then top it of with:
– Olive oil
– Apple cider vinegar
– Balsamic
– Sourcaut
– Seeds and nuts
– Nutritional yeast
– Algae
– Chia
– … You can again add anything you like
That’s it, and this will lead to an irresistible salad! The cool thing about this is that you can add more from what you really like, so the salad ends up being just what you wish :).
