Wraps, let's make them.
To a pan add some oil and heat it up. Once heated add in onion and garlic. Let sauté for a few minutes.
Add in the diced zucchini, tempeh/tofu, soy sauce, black pepper, chili and mix well. Now let cook for about 8 minutes.
Now grab you wraps and slice them from the center to the outside.
Once sliced add one topping to each 1/4 th of the wrap, then fold as shown in the video.
If you don't mind eating your wrap coldish, eat just like that or you can cook it for a few more minutes in a hot pan.
