Hey Bgang I wanted to try out filming a recipe in Spanish because as you might know already, we’re mexicano ๐Ÿ’ฏ.

Also, here is a little rap I made because I was feeling inspired ๐Ÿ˜‚:

Wraps, the best of all. I love you. This little rap is for you babe.

When I saw you, I knew you would be mine, I know I behaved like a ape.

Please forgive me, I didn’t mean to scare you.

I promise you won’t find anyone like me, if you do tell me who.

Let me eat you please.

Wraps With Hummus, Roasted Zucchini Tempeh and Lettuce

Wraps, let's make them.



Off On

  1. To a pan add some oil and heat it up. Once heated add in onion and garlic. Let sautรฉ for a few minutes.

  2. Add in the diced zucchini, tempeh/tofu, soy sauce, black pepper, chili and mix well. Now let cook for about 8 minutes.

  3. Now grab you wraps and slice them from the center to the outside.

    Once sliced add one topping to each 1/4 th of the wrap, then fold as shown in the video.

  4. If you don't mind eating your wrap coldish, eat just like that or you can cook it for a few more minutes in a hot pan.
