Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.

Add the tofu to a large mixing bowl and mash it using a fork until it's broken up small.
Add the rest of the meatball ingredients to the bowl and mix until well incorporated.

Form the mix into meatballs. Lightly flour your hands and then roll a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into a meatball. Place all the meatballs on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 30 minutes, don't forget to check halfway through.
