These Vietnamese Vegan Meatballs are extraordinary. ???????? They go well with almost everything, and especially with noodles or in a Buddha/Poke Bowl.

I recommend making a high amount of these ‘meatballs’ and freezing them, if you like them of course, you can thaw them afterwards, and they’ll be as good as fresh.

If you like these, you probably also like these vegan Meatballs:

Vietnamese Vegan Meatballs

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.

  2. Add the tofu to a large mixing bowl and mash it using a fork until it's broken up small.

Add the rest of the meatball ingredients to the bowl and mix until well incorporated.

  3. Form the mix into meatballs. Lightly flour your hands and then roll a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into a meatball. Place all the meatballs on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes, don't forget to check halfway through.
