Since I tried to have these Delicious Vegan Waffles for breakfast, I can’t go back! This is one of my favorite breakfasts to have on the weekend.
I use coconut sugar in this recipe, but you can replace this with maple or agave syrup, and it will taste as good.

Delicious Vegan Waffles
These Waffles + Coconut Cream + Date Syrup + Fruit = 😇💚🧇🥝
Combine all dry ingredients in a big bowl and mix.
Add lemon juice to the milk and let rest for a minute. Add to the dry ingredients and whisk. For a lighter dough let rest for 10 minutes.
Optionally add coconut oil to your waffle iron, make the waffles and bake until ready.
Serve with coconut cream, fruit and date syrup for a banger breakfast/dessert.
