Vegan Tacos, Tinga De Tofu

Instructions

Press your tofu from before hand for 15 minutes, using The Bgang Tofu Press and Marinating Box.

Slice your tofu and bake it for 10 minutes on 200C/400F.

Continue with making the sauce, add the tomato and garlic to a blender and blitz until smooth. If necessary, add a bit of water.

Now in a pan on medium heat add some oil and sauté the onion for about 10 minutes, until golden.

Once sautéed, add the vegetable broth, tomato sauce and chipotle. Mix well and add the baked tofu. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

For the salad; blend the cilantro, avocado, salsa verde and vegetable broth until smooth. Slice cabbage very thinly, add the dressing and sunflower seeds to it.

Now serve your tinga on some tortillas with the toppings!
