These patatas bravas ala Bgang are too good! The spicy salsa and the baked potatoes are a match made in heaven ????.
They are also great cold, and I am looking forward to eating these on a BBQ this summer along with the vegan sausages! ????

Vegan Spicy Patatas Bravas
Description
Spicy patatas bravas with a delicious tomato sauce, they are super yummy and easy to make!

The baked potatoes

Start with preheating your oven to 200°C/390F.

Now cut your potatoes into cubes and spread them on an oventray.
Sprinkle some olive oil over them and add the spices (black pepper, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika).

Mix it well and bake them for 40 minutes in the oven. Flip them mid-time.
The salsa

Put a pan on medium heat on the fire and add coconut oil. Once melted add in the chopped onion and stir for a few minutes.
Then add in the garlic and stir for one more minute.

Now add in the rest: tomato paste, canned tomatoes, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt & black pepper. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
