Vegan Smoky Chimichurri Sauce

This simple chimichurri sauce is great to top your bread with or just to season a salad.

Chimichurri is a sauce that originates from Argentina, eat a lot of it, and maybe you become a pro footballer like @messi ๐Ÿ˜‰โšฝ.

We had it on top of a toast with some hummus, it’s so good!

Easy and delicious sauce!



Off On

  1. To a foodprocessor add your chopped onion, garlic, red chili and pulse until fine.

  2. Add in the cilantro, parsley and oregano.

    Blend again, but not too much, make sure it doesn't get like a really fluid sauce.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and add in the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, smoked paprika and black pepper.

  4. Enjoy it on a toast with some hummus ๐Ÿ’ฏ.
