This Vegan Smoked Bell Pepper Spread is not only easy to make, but tastes outstanding too!

Only needing four ingredients, this vegan spread is one of my favorites. This is a great snack with a slice of bread, on a toast or with whole grain cracker.

  1. Make sure to use soaked cashew nuts; soaked in hot water for Ā±1.5h. We used store bought smoked bell peppers, if you want to 'smoke' them yourself, bake them for 25-30 minutes on 180C/350F.

    Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
