This Vegan Smoked Bell Pepper Spread is not only easy to make, but tastes outstanding too!
Only needing four ingredients, this vegan spread is one of my favorites. This is a great snack with a slice of bread, on a toast or with whole grain cracker.

Soak cashews in hot water for 1.5 hours.

We used store bought smoked bell peppers, if you want to 'smoke' them yourself, bake them for 25-30 minutes on 180C/350F.

Add the soaked cashews, the smoked bell peppers and the Jalapeño in a blender and blend until smooth.
