This luscious vegan rice pudding is easy to make and delicious hot or cold.
In a big pot add the rice, the plant milk of choice and don't forget the cinnamon sticks to perfume. Cook until soft, this may change depending on the rice you are using, just check the instructions of your rice. Make sure to stir frequently and move the rice from the bottom because else it will stick.
Add the raisins for the last 10 minutes and when done remove from the heat, add the coconut milk and let cool down. Cover with some cinnamon and enjoy warm or cold.
