So a while back I made a post in spanish, you guys liked it and I asked if it would be fun to make one in dutch. You guys are not only learning new recipes every day here but also new languages ????.
This is a typical Belgian spread normally made from raw meat, but I had to veganize it… so good!

Vegan Prepare Spread

Start with soaking your soy chunks in hot water for 15 minutes.

If you haven't yet, make the vegan mayo (recipe is on our feed or website https://thebgang.com), or you could use store bought vegan mayo.

Drain the soy chunks and transfer to a food processor.

Add in the chopped onion, tomato paste, vegan mayo, smoked paprika, garlic powder, nutmeg, black pepper, olive oil, soy sauce and sriracha.

Pulse everything for a few times until the soy chunks have been finely chopped by the food processor.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or eat it right away on some slices of bread!
