I believe to have cracked the code to Vegan Philadelphia cheese… If you have been disappointed by all the Vegan Philadelphia options out there, look no further.

It’s made using our homemade silken tofu, which is pretty easy to make (search for silken tofu on our website thebgang.com).

You can, of course, use store bought silken tofu, but the homemade one is quite a bit creamier.

  1. Make your silken tofu following this recipe:

    Takes about 20-30 minutes, but most of the time you just need to let it rest.

    Or you can skip this step by buying silken tofu, but I strongly recommend making it at home, it's straightforward.

  2. Then combine all the ingredients, mix will, taste and adjust if needed.

  3. Enjoy on some crackers or bread!
