Easy  and delicious bread recipe.

  • 400 grams AP flour (All purpose)
  • 9 grams Active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 225 grams Water (Lukewarm)
  • 30 grams Sweetener (Agave, or other syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Garlic sauce (optional to top)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Pressed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (I used black lava salt, that's why it's black, but you can use normal salt)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Herbs (Parsley, cilantro..)
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  1. To a big bowl add the flour, yeast, water (important to have lukewarm water!),  sweetener, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and start mixing/kneading the dough.

  2. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes in a warm spot (an oven with the light on and lowest heat setting, is ideal).

  3. While resting, make the garlic sauce. Combine all the ingredients, that's it.

  4. After risen form balls and transfer to baking tray. Top with the garlic sauce.

    Bake for 30 minutes on 180C/350F.
