Baking often seems really difficult to me, especially because I can’t just add ingredients based on my feeling, like I cook normally.
But when following an easy recipe like this one, it give me confidence to try new things. If you’ve not had a lot of success baking, try this one, start easy :).

Easy and delicious bread recipe.

Garlic sauce (optional to top)

To a big bowl add the flour, yeast, water (important to have lukewarm water!), sweetener, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and start mixing/kneading the dough.

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes in a warm spot (an oven with the light on and lowest heat setting, is ideal).

While resting, make the garlic sauce. Combine all the ingredients, that's it.

After risen form balls and transfer to baking tray. Top with the garlic sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes on 180C/350F.
