It’s so simple to make (Makes just 5-10 minutes to make) and so flavorful!
I like to wash my olives a little, so it doesn’t taste too salty.

Filter your olives, and optionally run some water over them to get the amount of salt down.

Transfer to the food processor, add in the garlic, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and process until finely chopped but not purée.

Serve on some crackers and enjoy!
