This vegan noodles recipe is definitely one you need to try out! It’s super simple yet super tasty. Blend of flavors that come together perfectly.
I love to use chipotle, it has such an amazing taste. Make sure to get one of good quality, from la morena or la costena for example.
Also make sure to use a low sodium soy sauce, as regular ones tend to have a ton salt. Not so good for the cholesterol levels.

Vegan Noodles With Spicy Tofu
Hello Bgang, back with a great dish. I love it, easy and quick to make (takes 30 seconds ????????).
You could substitute the chipotle in this dish with ketchup or sriracha sauce if that is what you like!
The Noodle Stir Fry
Slice and bake
Slice the tofu in rectangles and bake 40 minutes on 200°c/390 F.
Once baked dip in the sauce we'll make in the next step.
Combine ingredients and stir
Grab a small bowl and combine these ingredients:
- Low sodium soy sauce
- Some agave syrup
- Olive oil
Stir everything and set aside.
The Noodle Wok
Cook and season
✅ Grab a pan, add some coconut oil and let heat on medium fire.
✅ Chopped onion.
✅ Chopped Carrots.
✅ Chopped broccoli.
✅ Sliced paprika.
✅ Chopped ginger.
✅ Some of our sauce (don't use everything because you'll use this for the tofu as well).
✅ Add the cooked noodles and some sesame oil to flavor.
✅ Once the tofu has baked dip it in the sauce and serve :)
