The Indian kitchen, in my opinion, is the second best out there! Guess what is on the first spot for me ????.
Here’s my first attempt at making a vegan nasi goreng, I only had thai sticky rice so I used that, which is why it looks so sticky. Besides that, I really enjoyed the taste of the amazing dish!

Vegan Nasi Goreng – Indian Fried Rice
Description
Indian food is so good! Let's make a vegan nasi goreng.
Ingredients
Nasi goreng spice mix
Instructions
-
To a heated pan with oil add in onion, garlic and ginger. Sauté for a few minutes.
-
Add in the tomato paste, diced tofu, spices, cooked rice and mix it well.
For the spices, you can also just use a store bought mix from conmex. This is what I used.
The rice should be just under cooked, that way it can continue cooking now.
-
Add in the vegetable mix and combine everything well.
Let cook for about 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Looks delicious! Sorry to point it out but nasi goreng is from Indonesia, not from India.
Thank you! Oops, my bad thanks for pointing it out :).
