Flax eggs

Start by making 2 flax eggs. Add together; 2 tbs of flax meal and 6 tbs of water, let rest for at least 15 minutes.
Tofu Meatballs

Preheat the oven on 180 °C/350 °F.

Make the "meat"
✅ Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms to a food processor and blend until no big chunks remain. Sauté the blend in a bit of coconut oil for approximately 8 minutes until most of the water is evaporated.
✅ Now combine the sauté and all the ingredients together. In a bowl mix the sauté, the 2 flax eggs, crumbled tofu, the steel cut oats, nutritional yeast, dried or fresh chives, black pepper, salt and if you like spicy, go ahead and add the chili flakes.
✅ Make ice cream ball sized "meatballs" and put them in the oven for ±20 minutes, until they look gold-brown at the outside.
