This Vegan Rhubarb And Strawberry Jam is absolutely unreal! I’m a huge fan from PB&J sandwiches and this jam goes so well with it. I know the J normally stands for Jelly, but hey, give it a try, and you’ll love this to.

Vegan Jam

  1. Wash and dice the rhubarb and strawberries.

  2. Place a big pot on the fire, turn on the heat and add the diced fruit to the pot together with the sugar and pectin.

  3. Cook vigorously for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. Look for signs of thickening.

    Note that the cook time may differ for your pectin.

  4. Let cool down. It stays well in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.
