Vegan Rhubarb And Strawberry Jam

Wash and dice the rhubarb and strawberries.
Place a big pot on the fire, turn on the heat and add the diced fruit to the pot together with the sugar and pectin.
Cook vigorously for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. Look for signs of thickening.
Note that the cook time may differ for your pectin.
Let cool down. It stays well in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.
