Vegan Garlic Alfredo, Super Creamy Pasta

This is the creamiest pasta I ever made… Perfect! This is my first time trying garlic Alfredo, and I love it!

Definitely will be making this one again in the feature!

And oh yeah, do you also still cry when cutting onion? Loool I still do even with this much cooking πŸ˜‚πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.

Super creamy vegan garlic alfredo, this sauce is bomb πŸ’£!



Off On

  1. In a pot add the diced onion and half of the broth. Let simmer for 8Β  minutes until almost all the broth has been absorbed/evaporated.

    Now add the garlic and stir.

  2. Pour in the onion and garlic to your blender and add the reaming ingredients.Β 

    Blend until sauce and do a taste test! Adjust where needed.

  3. Combine the sauce with your favorite pasta and top with cilantro if using!
