We used our vegan mayo recipe, you can also use store bought mayo if you prefer, but if you haven’t tried our mayo you should try it ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Off On

  1. Start by pressing your tofu, you can get a tofu press on our shop.

  2. Dice the tofu into small cubes and transfer to a big bowl.

  3. Add in the vegan mayo, mustard, scallions, tomato, nutritional yeast, black pepper and some salt if needed.

  4. Combine everything well, taste and add more mayo or salt if you need it.

  5. Store 5-7 days in the fridge and eat some bread or a cracker.
