This Vegan Chocolate Mousse With Raspberry Sauce is so, so creamy!

This is our best chocolate recipe so for, every chocoholic loves this! 👌🏽🍫🤤

Since it’s made with silken tofu every serving contains ±6g of protein which is mind-boggling for a dessert.

Make sure to use a good quality chocolate, like this Belgian one that we used. If you use a darker chocolate you don’t need to add the teaspoon of cacao powder.

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

  1. Mix the tofu until smooth, preferably with a hand blender.

    Add the cacao and the syrup and mix again.

    To finish, add the melted chocolate and mix it up.

Raspberry Sauce

  1. When using frozen raspberries, thaw them from beforehand.

    Blend them with agave and a few lemon juice drops to taste.


Divide the Chocolate Mousse correctly because you don't want to cause any fights. Top it of with the raspberry sauce.
