How to Make a Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Chia chocolate mouse will be your new go-to dessert after trying this!

  • 200 milliliters Plant milk (Soy, oats or hazelnut, whatever you like most)
  • 2 tablespoons Agave syrup (Or other sweetener)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Dark chocolate (Optional to garnish)
  • Pomegranate (Optional to garnish)
  • Peanut butter (Optional to garnish)
  • 60 grams Chia seeds
  1. To a blender add your chia followed by the plant milk of your choice, agave syrup, cacao powder, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and blitz it all up.

  2. Once thoroughly blended, transfer to a cup and top of with some dark chocolate, grenade and peanut butter.

  3. If you want it cold, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
