These Vegan Chicken Fingers blow minds because of how good they are!

If seasoned well and baked the right amount of time, they turn out spectacular. It’s essential to use enough of spices and salt because they will only be at the outside of the tofu. Play with the spices; make your seasoning and then a chicken finger, bake one in a pan, and if they taste good, make the rest. If not, adjust the seasoning until it gives enough taste.

Vegan Chicken Fingers

  1. Seasoned Flax Egg

    In a flat bowl, add the flax meal, hot water, salt and pepper. Let this rest for ยฑ15 minutes, until the flax meal absorbed most of the water.

  2. Seasoned Flour

    Mix the flour with the garlic powder, salt and pepper in a flat bowl.

  3. Seasoned Crushed Corn Flakes

    Crush your corn flakes into tiny peaces and add all the spices you like, play with it. As I mentioned above, the seasoning can vary from person to person, and you should adjust until you like it.

  4. Create and Bake

    Once you sliced your tofu in small long pieces, dip them first in the flour, then in the flax egg and finally in the crushed corn flakes.

    Place them all carefully on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes on 280C/350F.
