How to make vegan butter at home with NO hard-to-find ingredients!

Easy, quick and you only need a blender. Perfect for baking, spreading on toast, frying or anything else you would use butter for!

  1. To a blender add the soy milk and apple cider vinegar, stir and let sit for 5 minutes until it curdles.
    Meanwhile, melt coconut oil.

  2. To the blender, add the melted coconut oil, salt, sunflower oil, coconut cream and optionally a pinch of turmeric. Blend well until smooth and pale. This will take less than 4 minutes. You could also whisk everything until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture onto baking paper and fold/roll it into a thick sausage, close the ends off with seal clips.

    Place in a container and let rest in the fridge for +2 hours.

  4. Enjoy with toast, for baking, frying,... it's simply perfect.
