To a blender add the soy milk and apple cider vinegar, stir and let sit for 5 minutes until it curdles.Meanwhile, melt coconut oil.

To the blender, add the melted coconut oil, salt, sunflower oil, coconut cream and optionally a pinch of turmeric. Blend well until smooth and pale. This will take less than 4 minutes. You could also whisk everything until smooth.

Pour the mixture onto baking paper and fold/roll it into a thick sausage, close the ends off with seal clips.
Place in a container and let rest in the fridge for +2 hours.
