Vegan Buffalo Wings, but how?! Instead of chicken use cauliflower.

This is something you maybe have seen coming by online already, and if not, here for the first time. These are wonderful and delicious. If you love spicy foods this is something you have to try out. Be free to change the type of hot sauce if wanted.

  1. Start with preheating the oven to 180°C/350F.

  2. Grab a bowl and add int the cauliflower florets. Drizzle with olive oil and add flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, plant milk, bread crumbs,  and coat everything well.

    Now bake the wings for 25 minutes.

  3. For the second coat grab a bowl and add in sriracha and water. Dip the wings into the sauce and once again into some bread crumbs if you are using them.

    Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
