To make it creamy you can add vegan cheese or soy cream.
Vegan Bolognese – One Pot Recipe
This one pot vegan chickpeas bolognese is the thing! Simply put it in the oven and let it bake. So good!
- Put your pasta in the oven tray (make sure it is big enough).
- Add your tomato sauce, vegetables and chickpeas.
- Pour in water (until covered)
Add all your spices and mix. Be careful to not break your pasta.
You might need to add more water and stir the sauce mid time.
- Bake in the oven for about 40 to 50 minutes on 180 °C/350 F.
