Vegan Bolognese – One Pot Recipe

This vegan bolognese is so good! It’s one pot recipe which makes it an ideal candidate for a meal prep. It saves you time and hassle.

Also, the chickpeas could be easily replaced with tofu or red lentils for example.

To make it creamy you can add vegan cheese or soy cream.

This one pot vegan chickpeas bolognese is the thing! Simply put it in the oven and let it bake. So good!




  1. Combine

    • Put your pasta in the oven tray (make sure it is big enough).
    • Add your tomato sauce, vegetables and chickpeas.
    • Pour in water (until covered)

  2. Season

    Add all your spices and mix. Be careful to not break your pasta.

  3. Bake

    • Bake in the oven for about 40 to 50 minutes on 180 ยฐC/350 F.

    You might need to add more water and stir the sauce mid time.
