Hey, so if you have never tried a pico de gallo, this is your shot.

You will be blown away by this, it’s so good! I can’t even put it into word, I love this Mexican πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ sauce/dip.

Have them with some totopos/tortilla chips, or with some cooked beans and rice for a nutritious meal.

I also added some padron pepper simply because I love them.

Off On

  1. To a bowl add the chopped onion, jalapeΓ±o, lime juice and salt.

    Let sit for about 5 minutes, meanwhile chop the tomatoes and cilantro.

  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cilantro, combine well and taste. Add more salt if needed, and let sit another 15 minutes for optimal taste.
