Sriracha tofu is a great way to make spicy tofu. Sriracha is one of my favorite spicy sauce (next to a good chipotle of course).

You can enjoy this tofu with a delicious noodle wok like this one or anything else you wish really, great all-rounder!

In salads, it goes great too for example.

  1. Make the sauce

    Combine all the ingredients into a bowl except for the tofu. Stir well and add some water to make the sauce yield more.

  2. Dip the tofu

    Dip the sliced tofu into the sauce and lay on an oven tray. 

  3. Bake 40 minutes on 200 °C/390 F

    Optionally you can flip them mid-time, but it is not needed.
