In a deep plate or casserole mix all the ingredients: the passata, onion and garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, agave syrup, vegetable stock, olive oil and hot water.
Slice the tofu in thin slices, dip in the sauce and place in a waffle iron for several minutes.
