The vegan cookies are very easy to make, and you don’t need a ton of ingredients.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

  2. In a bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking powder, maple syrup, tahini and plant-based milk.

    Mix well.

    Add the chocolate chips, and incorporate.

  3. Make ice-cream-scopp-sized dough balls and slightly press the top of each cookie to flatten.

    Bake 12-15 minutes at 180C/350F until golden brown.
