This Sweet Vegan Condensed Milk is one of my favorite treats to have with pancakes or waffles. You only need 4 ingredients! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

The coconut milk gives it such good flavour and makes it so creamy and make sure to use pure cane brown sugar.

Difficulty: Beginner Cook Time 5 min Rest Time 15 min Total Time 20 mins Servings: 6 Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Sweet Vegan Condensed Milk

  1. Start heating a pot up and pour your can of coconut milk in to it. Add the brown sugar and a pinch of salt. It's essential to stir well continuously and bring to boil.

    Once boiling add the corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water and boil for 2 minutes.

    Let cool down in the fridge for about 15 minutes and serve with some nice pancakes e.g.
