Start by making a flax egg; combine the flax meal with 3 times the amount of (hot ) water. Let thicken for 10 minutes .
Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl and whisk together, don't forget to add the flax egg as well.
Make your pancakes. If you're making many, and you want to make them all at once but want to keep them warm, you can do this by placing a casserole in the oven and turn the oven on a very low heat, place your pancakes in their one by one and cover with aluminum foil.
