Recently made these buns and obviously, I had to use them to make some burgers!

I used our pico de gallo recipe along with the pickled onions and other vegetables on top. Also used our vegan mayo recipe, which is one of our most popular ones! Also on our page.

Difficulty: Intermediate Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 20 min Total Time 30 mins

  1. For instructions to make the buns, have scroll and make the "sweet potato buns".

  2. Start by pressing your tofu (press is available on our shop).

    Slice thinly.

  3. To a cup with some mayo add chopped capers, black pepper and minced garlic. Mix and set aside.

  4. Now for the tofu combine soy sauce, vegan mayo, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper and combine. Dip your tofu into the sauce, and then into breadcrumbs.

  5. Cook them in a no stick pan with some vegetable oil.

  6. On your buns apply some vegan mayo mix we made, followed by the tofu and toppings.
