Press your tofu for +15 minutes, for optimal taste and texture.
Cube your tofu into small cubes, coat with corn starch and fry in a hot pan and sesame oil. Flip over, so all sides get nice and crispy.
In a small bowl mix soy sauce, water, agave syrup, sriracha, garlic paste (or powder), rice vinegar and cornstarch.
Add the sauce to the tofu, it will thicken immediately. After about 5 minutes should be ready. Garnish with sesame seeds. ????
