Off On

  1. Fry

    In a pan add coconut oil, let melt and then add the leek, ginger, garlic and chili. Let fry for a few minutes.

    Then add the mushrooms and let sautΓ© for 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently.

  2. Cook

    Add all the remaining vegetables:

    • Carrots
    • Broccoli
    • Bell pepper

    Also add your soy sauce, lime juice and of course, sriracha πŸ˜›.

    Now let cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the vegetables start to get soft, keep stirring frequently.

    Add the corn and your cooked noodles, mix well.
