This Sprouted Lentils Mustard Salad is a great way to prepare Sprouted Lentils. We’already made a post on How To Sprout Lentils, check it out here if you haven’t already.

Sprouting decreases the amount of anti-nutrients, and this increases the amount of protein absorption and minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc… So eating them raw like this, in a salad, you will be injecting a megadose of healthy nutrients. πŸ‘ŒπŸ½πŸ˜‰πŸ‘πŸ½

Off On

  1. To a big bowl add the chopped reddish, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and sprouted lentils.

  2. In a separate bowl make the vinaigrette by adding theΒ  olive oil, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt and black pepper to minced garlic.

    Mix and add to the vegetables.
