SOY FREE vegan butter, as y’all requested so much after we posted our first vegan butter recipe.

Here it is, pretty easy to make with only 8 ingredients.

So NO MORE DAIRY butter needed!

  1. Add, the unsweetened plant based milk (we used oat milk), nutritional yeast, salt, ACV.,soaked cashews (15 minutes in hot water) and turmeric ind a blender.

    Blend until smooth.

  2. To the mix add melted coconut oil and sunflower oil (or another veg oil).

    Mix once again.

  3. Pour the mix into a container and store in the fridge for at least a few hours until thickened.

  4. This vegan butter works great for frying, baking and on a fresh toast.
