Off On

  1. Grab a blender and add the silken tofu, frozen banana, dates and soy milk.

    Blend until very smooth.

  2. For the jam grab a pot and add a tiny bit of water, followed by the anise stars, ginger and frozen berries.

    Let cook for a few minutes and then add the jam to the pudding.
