Pesto shredded tofu
- 350 grams Tofu (Pressed, tofu press linked in bio)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger (Minced)
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Water (To make sauce yield more, add more if needed)
To complete the bowl
- Carrots
- Mashed potatoes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Edamame beans
- Roasted vegetables
