No-tofu scrambled egg burrito, how does that sound? 😜 Good right sometimes I feel like I have had enough tofu scrambles… So this is a super fun switch!

Super nice and easy scrambled chickpeas egg burrito! It's not made with tofu!


The scrambled egg chickpeas



Off On

  1. Add the rinsed, cooked chickpeas to a bowl and mash them.

    Season them with cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, nutritional yeast, black pepper, salt and chili powder. Add some water and mix it.

  2. Now in a pan add the coconut oil, heat up and add onion, fry for a few minutes.

    Add in the garlic, ginger, sausage and let cook for one more minute.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients (tomato, the egg blend) and let cook for 5 minutes now.

  4. Finally, roll your burritos and add the wished toppings!
