The best dang vegan Salty Coconut Sauce ever!
Add the coconut oil and flour to a sauce pan. Make a roux by whisking the flour and oil, so they form a paste.
Now whisk in the vegetable broth, coconut milk, mustard, vinegar and black pepper. Whisk until fully combined. Bring heat up to medium and bring to a simmer, so there are little bubbles. Simmer, reducing heat if needed, until the sauce gets nice and thick. It should take 2-4 minutes.
