Toast pecan nuts in the oven on 180C/350F for 7-10 minutes, if you don't have them.
Melt dark chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil in a sauce pan with cinnamon, salt and maple syrup.
Meanwhile, chop pecan nuts in small pieces and make oat flour, ground oats, preferably in a food processor or else in a blender .
Add the melted chocolate peanut butter mix, vanilla extract and chopped pecans to the oat flour, mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole baking dish and flatten by pressing on it. Store in the fridge for 45 minutes and then cut it into cubes.
