Nobody says no to chocolate, and especially not to this Salted Chocolate Fudge! 🍫

The combination of chocolate, nuts and salt is one that can’t be mimicked by anything else, you will experience LOVE AT FIRST BITE πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ’šπŸ«

Store in the freezer and enjoy whenever.

Off On

  1. Toast pecan nuts in the oven on 180C/350F for 7-10 minutes, if you don't have them.

  2. Melt dark chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil in a sauce pan with cinnamon, salt and maple syrup.

  3. Meanwhile, chop pecan nuts in small pieces and make oat flour, ground oats, preferably in a food processor or else in a blender .

  4. Add the melted chocolate peanut butter mix, vanilla extract and chopped pecans to the oat flour, mix well.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole baking dish and flatten by pressing on it. Store in the fridge for 45 minutes and then cut it into cubes.
