How To Make Tortillas – With Red Lentils

These red lentils tortillas are made with only two ingredients! So simple to make ๐Ÿ˜‹.

Here’s what you’ll need:
* For every cup of red lentils add 2 cups of water, so ratio 1:2.

Let them soak overnight or for at least 2 hours.

Blend the lentils, heat up a tefal pan (it only works with those), add some oil. After a while pour in some dough and flip sides when it gets gold.

The first one always is the hardest one, hang in there ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜‰

Top them off with whatever you like!

You can even use them as pancakes ๐Ÿฅž! The dough does not have any salt after all.

  1. Soak

    Rinse and soak your red lentils in ratio 1:2 for at least 2 hours. Soaking them all night is fine too.

  2. Bake

    Grab a pan and add a bit of coconut oil. Pour in the dough and flip sides when brown.


Top the taco's with whatever you like! A delish spinach salad goes super well with it.
