Red Cabbage Salad
A salad with a nice bite from the cabbage.
Shred the cabbage and carrots, slice the onion and place in a bowl.
Add Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, agave syrup, black pepper and salt to taste.
Add apple cubes and combine everything together.
