It has a nice bite to it from the cabbage and is full of flavour from the dressing.

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots, slice the onion and place in a bowl.ย 

  2. Add Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, agave syrup, black pepper and salt to taste.

  3. Add apple cubes and combine everything together.
