A quick way to make soup packed with nutrients! 

  • 3 Carrots
  • 3 Tomato
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 sticks Celery
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Vegetable Broth
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinch
  1. Chop (and peel) carrots, tomato, bell pepper, celery and onion.

    Place in a blender, add enough vegetable broth, so it can blend with ease. Add spinach, blend and enjoy ????????????
