Sandwiches are great when you are short on time. This quick tempeh sandwich is not only vegan (obviously ๐Ÿ˜) but also high in protein ๐Ÿ’ช!

Make this sandwich next time you’re in a rush or whenever you’re craving a nutritious, delicious sandwich ๐Ÿคค.

You can make our homemade vegan mayonnaise and pickled onions too for the best taste!

  1. Grab your slices of bread and top them with some vegan mayonnaise or tahini sauce.

  2. Dip the tempeh into soy sauce and let it drip. Then put the tempeh onto your slices of bread.

  3. Cover the bread with another slice and cook the sandwiches for 5 minutes on each side until crunchy.

  4. Simultaneously grab another pan, add in some oil and cook your sliced zucchini on each side until golden.

  5. To your sandwiches add the zucchini, tomato, avocado, pickled onion and lettuce.
